Hello, my name is Hally.  I am an owner surrender but do not know why.  Forever Friends Foundation took me into their foster home program and now I’m looking for my forever home.  Will it be with you?  

My foster mom said I like being petted, I like other cats and I like toys.  Best of all I like other cats, and kind children.  Probably have never been around dogs.
